We will immediately dispatch a brand-new heirloom piece to you at zero additional cost—no complex return courier hassles required.

7-Day Discretionary Returns

If you wish to return an unused item for any personal reason, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must remain unused, unwashed, in its original keepsake gift box with all wax-sealed authenticity certificates intact.

Refund Timelines & Method
