Pricing & Inclusive Taxes
All prices displayed across our catalog are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue specific limited-edition artisanal collections without prior notice.
Artisanal Intellectual Property
All custom photography, curated product literature, logos, decorative models, and artistic narratives published by House of Mandana are the exclusive intellectual property of House of Mandana. Any reproduction, mirroring, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Law.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and all purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
